Protelindo announces completion of Alita’s fibre asset acquisition

• PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (“Protelindo”) announces that it has completed the purchase of ~10,800km of fibre optic (“FO”) asset from PT Alita Praya Mitra (“Alita”) at a total consideration of IDR800bn post adjustments
• This acquisition is done through PT BIT Teknologi Nusantara (“BIT”), a wholly owned subsidiary of PT iForte Solusi Infotek (“iForte”), the fibre optic and connectivity arm of Protelindo
• Alita’s FO asset is highly complementary to iForte’s network, and this acquisition will further enhance Protelindo’s position as the leading provider of fibre connectivity solutions to customers
