Kingston has keen interest in the digital infrastructure space and also spends considerable time connecting with key stakeholders in the tech community, both as an advisor as well as an investor

Prior to Redpeak Advisers, Kingston was Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital where he was involved in origination and led transaction execution within the TMT team. Kingston started his career at Bank Negara Malaysia (the Central Bank of Malaysia) within their financial sector surveillance division

Kingston is currently a CFA charterholder. He graduated with 1st class honours from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2003, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Finance) degree
